Toshiba Launches Low On-resistance Small-size N-Channel MOSFETs
Based on the reality that, demand
for N-channel MOSFETs, used as switches for LED drivers increases, Toshiba has
added two small-package MOSFETS with low on-resistance to its line-up, the 60V
“SSM3K341R” and the 100V “SSM3K361R” for
Load Switches in LED Driver Applications.
The new products can reduce
heat dissipation resulting from turn-on loss by approximately 65% against
Toshiba previous products. Both products are AEC-Q101 qualified for
automotive applications.
